The slit swab correponds to the NOBATOP® 12 (6-ply) with Y-cut notch. The 6-ply non-sterile non-woven slit swab is manufactured binder-free and possesses the absorptive capacity of a 12-ply gauze swab. The material is very soft and therefore gentle to the skin. The slit swab serves as a wound cover of inlets and outlets of tubes, drainages, catheters, Kirschner's wires in cases of extensions or external fixtures. 100 slit swabs are packed in a paper pouch.
