The twisted auditory meatus swab is made of dressing gauze which complies with standard EN 14079 type 20. The twisted swab is provided with a woven-in X-ray thread and, due to its pointed shape, is suited for any type of ear operation. In the area of the auditory canal, its pointed shape is especially of great advantage. Before use in surgery, the product must be sterilized in accordance with a validated sterilization method. One folding box contains 100 X-Ray auditory meatus swabs.
