The ready-to-use skin traction kit is provided with foam material so that it does not slip out of position on the skin. It serves as an extension in the case of fractures of the thigh or lower leg bones. The skin traction kit is fixed to the lower leg with the enclosed bandage. Weights can be attached to the affixed strings via a suitable roller system. The bandage is adequately padded in the ankle region. Skin traction kits are individually packed.
